Fuel and Air Delivery Fuel and Air delivery is vital to all scooter engines running properly for best performance. Brand new most run fine when prepped correctly. After getting some miles on your scooter the additives in the fuel build in the carb. Fuel line lines become weak and crack. Air filters become dirty and clogged plus the air boxes on most don’t help much at all. If you have a more expensive or better quality scooter of course your system is much better.
