Product Warranty: All new products sold come with a Limited Manufacturer's warranty. For 30 days Scootertronics will repair or replace any scooter component found to be defective in either material or workmanship. Plastic parts and commonly worn parts, pull starts, brakes, spark plugs, tires air filters, etc. are not covered under warranty.
Limited Warranty. All warranty shipping is the responsibility of the customer: This warranty does not cover or warranty damage to the unit caused by any of the following: 1 Lack of lubrication or engine failure due to the use of two stroke oils other than recommended two-cycle engine oil. Use 25:1 two stroke motor cycle type oil. Engine problems due to inadequate lubrication caused by failure to use 25:1 two-cycle engine oil will void this warranty. 2. Damage caused by use of gasohol containing methyl (wood) alcohol or gasoline other than the kind recommended in the operation manual. The prescribed mixing ratio of gasoline to oil is 25:1. 3. Defects, malfunction, or failures resulting from abuse, misuse, modifications, alterations, improper storage, use of unauthorized attachments including failure to provide or perform required maintenance services as prescribed in the owners manual. Preventive maintenance is your responsibility. 4. Damage caused by dirt or corrosion in all forms, including, but not restricted to rust, salt water, varnish and moisture. 5. Failure to follow the setup and adjustments outlined in operator's manual. 6. Parts not warranted that are normal maintenance items such as spark plugs, filters, lubricants, engine tune-ups, spark arrestor screen, starter cords, tires, bearings and spindles, brakes. 7. Bearing damage caused by improper tire inflation. 8. Damage caused by pressure, or steam cleaning of the product. 9. General wear and tear. 10. warranty does not cover plastic parts, that includes pull starts. 11. Damage caused during any form of racing, commercial use, crash damage, or any use deemed improper by ScooterTopia or the original manufacturer. 12. Parts purchases are not covered under warranty. The above warranty pertains to gas scooters and electric scooters only.
RETURNS All returns require prior authorization. NO RETURNS ON USED GAS SCOOTERS AND POCKETBIKES. All returns require authorization, contact us via email email@example.com 3 days of receipt of the product. All costs for shipping warranty items, or other parts are paid by the customer. Any product returned for replacement must be received prior to shipping of replacement. After we receive the merchandise the replacement will be sent out with in 2-5 business days - subject to warranty determination.

Refund Request: In the event that the product you receive is not what you expected, or you have changed your mind. Scootertopia will be happy to give you a refund less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Full refunds pertain to unopened products. You are responsible for returning the product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Gas Scooters and POCKETBIKES are not eligible for refund if they have been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Gas Scooters and POCKETBIKES are not eligible for return if they have had gas in the gas tank or have been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Products must arrive complete and in the original packaging . Returns of used and/or damaged scooters will be refused. If you have ridden the scooter or if you have damaged the shipping box or materials, $75 will be deducted along with the shipping charges and charges for any damaged components, mechanic fees are $28 per hour.
A Return Authorization must be received within three (3) days of receipt of the product. You are responsible for returning the product in its original unopened container in re-saleable condition. All returns are to be shipped insured to Scootertronics, 51 Greenwood Pl. Indian Head MD 20640. No credit will be issued until the product is returned and inspected. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
GAS SCOOTER RETURNS: We rarely receive complaints on the performance of our products; however, we want to make sure that everyone is satisfied and completely happy with their purchase.The purchaser has the right to return an item under the following conditions:
ONLY NEW UN-USED SCOOTERS ARE ELIGABLE FOR RETURN
All noted defects or damages must be reported to us in writing or via email within 3 days of delivery.
At your expense, safely package and ship back to Scootertronics the complete product that was purchased including all parts and accessories, any instruction manuals and parts diagrams and a copy of the original invoice or other suitable proof of purchase.
Only after an inspection of the condition of the product will Scootertronics issue a a refund.
Scootertronics charges shipping charges (both ways) and reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if you cancel the order while the product is in transit. If you cancel the order after it was submitted or placed but not shipped yet, you are charged the 4% processing fee.
If any Scootertronics products are sent to Scootertronics facilities or without prior notice or return authorization number, the product will be immediately refused at the owner’s expense.
The following terms must be met by you:
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
You must include all packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals.
Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
Original invoice or copy of original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
Damaged Product: In the event that you receive a damaged product due to shipping, contact UPS and arrange for a carrier inspection, We insure every order, so please initiate a claim with your local UPS. We will issue a replacement part once UPS has paid the damage claim.
Please note; all gas scooters are checked for defects prior to shipping. If you receive a shipment with a damaged box it is imperative that you request the shipping agent to witness you opening the product box so that you can verify a damaged item. All reports of damaged gas scooters must be made on the day of delivery to be under warranty.
